The main focus of this output is to strengthen the capacity of ECOWAS Commission with the support of UEMOA Commission and Member States to successfully manage, coordinate and monitor the program.
To carry this out, various tailored tools (management, coordination, monitoring, networking, and knowledge-sharing) will be set up within ECOWAS and UEMOA Commissions. These tools will help simplify market access, trade, and quality promotion.
ECOWAS and UEMOA will also focus on operationalising the programme’s management, coordination, and monitoring strategies.
