It has come to our notice that fake job offers are been circulated on behalf of the West Africa Competitiveness Programme (WACOMP) by certain individuals/entities claiming they are representatives or subsidiaries or under contract with the Programme.
The West Africa Competitiveness Programme (WACOMP) does not:
- Send job offers to individuals.
- Request payment of any kind from prospective candidates for employment or any sort of fees.
- Authorize anyone to either collect money or arrive at any monetary arrangement in return for a job.
The West Africa Competitiveness Programme will not be responsible to anyone acting on an employment offer not directly made by the WACOMP
- Anyone making an employment offer in return for money or other types of gain is not authorized by WACOMP.
